**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily life activities such as personal care (Bowel Care), meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide support with manual handling tasks such as transferring, Using Mobility Aids such as Hoist, Wheelchair and positioning individuals as needed.
- English as your First Language.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for participant with disabilities.
- Support clients in their social and recreational activities, helping them engage with the community. For example - Taking the client for shopping, Allied health appointments, Hydrotherapy, Gym appointments and more.
- Domestic cleaning, Dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, dishes.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic attitude towards participants.
- The carer should have Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Should have good coordinating skills with other team members to provide best care to the participants.

**Required Qualifications**

The mandatory certificates are:

- Certificate III in Individual Support/or relevant experience
- Manual Handling
- First Aid/CPR
- NDIS clearance

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.33 per hour
