**The Opportunity**

A Digital Designer at Re is a foundational role within our business. Passionate about your craft, you have a genuine desire to share your perspective and learn from others. You are driven to find exciting and meaningful ways to solve problems through digitally-led design.

**A Snapshot Of What You'll Do**
- Support the development of technical and digital design systems from conceptualisation through to ongoing consultation, and deliver project-based brand work at Re.
- Push Re’s creative output by proactively growing your capabilities, and exploring how diverse creative techniques and platforms may enhance our work.
- Continually fine tune Re’s process by embracing new technologies and ways of working to enhance inter-team collaboration, and meet the needs of different projects.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of technical and digital design craft skills for the creatives working with you on your accounts and the team more broadly.
- Maintain a high level of communication with the Studio Manager, account management team and creative leadership about the ongoing status of your projects and report any potential issues.
- Become a trusted partner to your day-to-day clients and your account management and strategy teams internally.
- Build positive and collaborative working relationships with M&C Saatchi Group companies to deliver holistic integrated creative outcomes.
- Support the business on pitches/new business opportunities where required.

**Your Ideal Experience**
- Proficiency in Figma, the Adobe suite and specialised design programs.
- Experience in Keynote and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of or intermediate skills in motion based tools, increasingly
in out-of-the box solutions.
- Knowledge of and experience in the digital design delivery process, including partnering with build and development teams.
- An understanding of web standards, user experience, general design skills & typography.
- Knowledge of proofing devices and understanding of print and web colour management.
- Knowledge of the latest design industry trends, techniques and technologies.
