**RETAIL CATERING MANAGER**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced F&B Manager to coordinate our retail catering operations, including bars, concessions and lounges. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, customer service, and driving revenue.

**About the Role**

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests have a fantastic experience through effective outlet management and staffing.
- Plan and profile events to boost spending.
- Training, coaching and counselling of staff on correct processes and procedures.
- Manage inventory effectively and analyse sales trends
- Ensure all operations comply with relevant legislation and safety standards.

**About You**
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven 3 years’ experience in hospitality/event management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
