We're seeking a vibrant, people-oriented individual who can be the welcoming face of our brand as Reception & Office Coordinator. As an integral part of the People & Culture team you will be the first point of contact for our employees and visitors, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and being our culture ambassador..

This is a job share role on a part-time basis (3 days per week) from 8:30am - 5:30pm.

You'd be reporting to the Head of Office Operations and will work closely with our People and Culture Team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting employees, visitors and courier creating a lasting first impression
- Organising general office upkeep including weekly food & beverage orders, opening and closing office duties, stationery orders, etc.
- Arranging outbound/inbound shipments (both nationally and internationally).
- Looking after our office (spread over three levels) including - load/unloading the dishwashers, filling fridges, tidying up common areas, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Be the go-to person for staff with their office needs (printing, scanning, stationery/equipment requests) and ensuring meeting rooms are properly set up and equipped.
- Event organisation for team functions

**Bonus skills**:

- Creative flair in regards to food prep, event ideas, writing, etc.
- Heavy lifting extraordinaire: Not a daily requirement but there may be times when moving and organising office furniture/equipment is needed. Flex those muscles and enjoy a workout while contributing to the overall efficiency of the office space

**What we're looking for**:

- 3+ years experience in an office administration, reception, front of house, stewardess, hospitality or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
- Positive, outgoing attitude
- Event coordination experience
