Mona is looking to recruit an experienced, motivated and energetic casual Kitchen Attendant to assist our onsite kitchens, in both the venues and the production kitchen. This role will support our existing kitchen team to deliver high quality food during our normal operations, as well as support our functions and events team when needed.

**The gig**:
- Assist the kitchen teams to deliver a high standard of food service;- Work quickly and efficiently to keep the kitchen areas clean and organised;- Be part of a collaborative team environment;- Ensure all kitchenware and equipment is clean;- Operate with high standards and knowledge of food safety and hygiene;- Assist with all aspects of cleaning and assisting the kitchen team.

**The you**:
- A fast worker with strong time management;- Positive attitude and a willingness to help;- Physically fit and able to perform the requirements of the role;- Great attention to detail;- Motivated by working within a team;- Excellent communication skills.
