**Salary**: $75,000 per year (pro rata, depending on days worked)

**The Role**

This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same. You’ll support the Operations Manager and project teams across all phases of the modular construction process, from fee proposals and quoting, through to compliance, logistics, and project delivery.

The role offers hands-on involvement with both office and site-based tasks, making it ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is highly organised, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced and innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with fee proposals, DA submissions, tenders, and project drawings
- Prepare quotations, supplier sourcing, and product/service costings
- Liaise with clients, engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Coordinate design concepts, documentation, shop drawings, and council submissions
- Support compliance with WHS, SWMS, toolbox talks, JSA, certificates, and project profiles
- Oversee procurement, plant hire, equipment management, logistics, and maintenance records
- Assist in invoice coordination, contract admin, and project close-out documentation
- Organise staff scheduling, accommodation, and transport for projects
- Support yard and site operations including packing, dispatch, and photo documentation
- Maintain clear and accurate records of costs, variations, and project files

**About You**

You’re proactive, versatile, and have a strong attention to detail. You bring a “can-do” attitude, clear communication skills, and the ability to work across teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Essential skills & qualifications:

- Knowledge of WHS
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, CRM systems)
- Current driver’s licence
- Excellent organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

- Certificate III or IV in WHS
- First Aid certificate
- Experience in construction, engineering, modular installation, or project coordination
- Familiarity with HSEQ practices and regulatory compliance
