**The Position**

We are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant to join our team at** Coles Forest Lake, Brisbane, QLD.**
- Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
- Maintaining the service area to high standards
- Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Coffee making and coffee machine operations
- Cleaning duties in kitchen and service areas
- Receive and deliver stock as well as cash handling
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Showcase excellent time management skills

**The Person**
- Previous Catering Assistant experience
- Basic knife skills
- Making coffee, latte art not mandatory
- Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
- Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task
