**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Catering Assistant (Operations Assistant) to join our Brisbane offices on a permanent full-time basis.

Joining as the Catering Assistant you will go between both of our Brisbane offices (located on Eagle Street and Ann Street). The Catering Assistant plays a key role within our Operations team, as the Catering Assistant you will be responsible for client services, catering, facilities, administration services and you will also have the opportunity to assist with both internal and external client needs within both offices.

**About you**:

- Strong sense of customer service
- Minimum 3 years' experience working within a professional services environment
- Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Extensive experience using MS office suite
