**About the role**
Join our fundraising team as a Grants Coordinator at RSPCA Queensland, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring organisational targets for year-on-year growth are met. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of grant activity across RSPCA Queensland including researching grant opportunities, liaising with key stakeholders, securing grants and preparing acquittal reports. Developing strong relationships with funders, you will take pride in demonstrating our gratitude and reporting the impact of their support.
- Research grant funding prospects and manage a customised grants calendar to establish a pipeline of opportunities.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to coordinate information in a timely manner to meet deadlines for submissions.
- Ensure the comprehensive and accurate recording of all opportunities on the existing database (Salesforce).
- Provide monthly metrics reports and track progress against agreed targets.

**Who are we looking for?**
- 2+ year experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of philanthropy, fundraising and donor centric care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of success in writing compelling funding proposals.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining constructive stakeholder relationships.
- Highly developed organisation and administration skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in CRM database/s.
- Initiative and the ability to work productively and proactively in both a team and solitary environment.
