Join our vibrant team as a Boat Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated, mature and independent individual to work closely with our Sales Director to list and sell power boats and yachts in the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.

As a Boat Broker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating viewings and sea trials, negotiating sales, and overseeing the closing process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Sales Director to be trainned & develop sales strategies
- List power boats and yachts for sale and manage inquiries
- Coordinate viewings and sea trials with potential buyers
- Negotiate sales and oversee the closing process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Use your keen eye for photography to capture and showcase the beauty of your listings
- Be computer literate and comfortable using various sales tools and software

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to work autonomously to increase your OTE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of boats, yachts, and the marine industry would be an advantage, but not neccacary.
- Keen eye for photography and attention to detail
- Computer literate with proficiency in various sales tools and software - training provided

**Salary**: $27,331.67 - $129,742.04 per year
