If you are a seasoned consultant, with an ability to think outside of the box, this could be the leadership role for you. You will be a highly experienced **social impact professional** with an interest in partnering with our others in the business to develop a **broader range of social planning services**. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, leading high quality technical delivery and mentoring our early and middle career consultants. You will help our clients solve some of their most complex challenges, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across a range of markets including water, defence, energy, power and transport. **As an experienced consultant, you will**: - Work autonomously to lead the delivery and growth of social planning services. - Demonstrate leadership in emerging social planning approaches, which consider the interface between social impact, social benefit and lasting social value. - Partner with our key market leaders and to drive the growth of our broader engagement and social planning services with key clients. - Provide thought leadership initiatives to inspire action and encourage reflection, as well as position our services. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - A tertiary qualification in social sciences, the arts, environmental planning, environmental science or related field. - Demonstrated participation in the industry, including membership with a relevant professional organisation such as International Association of Impact -Assessment, Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand or similar. - Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment and demonstrating skills in business development, project delivery and client engagement. - An ability to build relationships and engage with range of internal and external stakeholders. - A clear vision for the future of social planning and drive to continually improve and innovate. - An interest in growing the linkages between social planning and broader outcomes, to maximise the social value outcomes for projects. **Jacobs.
