Due to growing occupancy Victoria By The Park are looking for personal carers to join our team on a Part Time or Casual basis, working across a range of shifts in the morning, afternoon and evening.

**About the Role**

Working as part of team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals, you will make a positive impact on the life of our residents with your compassionate, supportive approach that empowers our residents' choices and independence.
- Delivering the best possible care to our residents to maintain our residents’ wellbeing, comfort and dignity.
- Supporting with daily living tasks such as showering and meals, etc
- Manual handling
- Following direction from the Registered Nurse/s and Managers

**About You**
- Compassion and have genuine empathy with our residents.
- Able to work cooperatively within a team and with a wide range of people.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, with good organisation and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Use initiative and deal with unexpected situations.
- Positive and friendly personality with a passion for assisting our residents to maintain their quality of life.
- Aware of Work Health and Safety and Infection Control Procedures
- Have a sound understanding of the Aged Care Standards.

**How to apply**

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
