**Position Title**: Child Care Worker
**Location**: Melbourne, Victoria
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

We are currently seeking **dedicated and qualified Child Care Workers** to join our vibrant team and help shape the future of our children through early education.

**About the Role**

As a Child Care Worker, you will:

- Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
- Support the emotional, social and developmental needs of children.
- Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards in the centre.
- Build warm and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, record and report on children's progress and behaviour.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A **Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** (or equivalent).
- A current **Working with Children Check (WWCC)** and First Aid/CPR certification.
- Sound knowledge of the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
