Sydney- Asset Management- PermanentIdeal experience will be over 5+ years’ experience in an operational role, ideally Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management, with some client facing experience or a strong desire to move into a customer facing role

**Role responsibilities**
- Be the single point of contact for all client related requests for identified group of clients.
- Understand requirements under each client contract and ensure all obligations and deadlines are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Host quarterly governance meetings to review performance against SLA’s and other contractual requirements
- Identify ways to improve process efficiencies between the client & internal teams and systems including ways for the client to self service
- Proactively manage the day to day running of the client’s account from an operational perspective
- Develop a calendar of events for all clients and ensure both operations team and tech teams can deliver within SLA’s
- Assist in administering all aspects of the platform via online administration tools.
- Help reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and help prepare trust accounts as required.
- Over 3+ years in a customer success, account management or similar role, ideally within Asset Management
- Over 3+ years experience in an operational role, ideally Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management, with a strong desire to move into a customer facing role.
- Demonstrated confidence and ability to build relationships across all levels of management
- Organisational skills to enable the development and implementation of plans to ensure all client commitments are met and projects are delivered on schedule
- An ability to work autonomously with high levels of self-motivation
- Show a history of building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to handle shifting client priorities and deal with client feedback
- Have a great attitude and be a team player

This is a full time role reporting to the Head of Operations.

The role will pay between $110-130k base + super and bonus dependent on relevant experience.
