**About the role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Quality Assurance to join our team in Australia. As a Quality Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing our commitment to quality and excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that our food and meal solutions meet and exceed industry standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and consistently deliver the exceptional quality our customers expect.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program, including establishing and maintaining quality control standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits of our commercial kitchen components and food production processes, including supplier goods inspections, to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements and product enhancements.
- Investigate customer feedback and product quality issues to drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations, food safety, and quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs to align our workforce with quality objectives.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- A degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in food quality assurance, with a background in a food manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Applicants who are fluent in both Chinese and English are preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
