**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Full time Business Trainee located in Malvern. The role undertakes a range of administrative tasks in Construction industry that assists in supporting administration functions. The trainee will also be handling confidentiality and privacy of client information and files.

AGA has a vacancy for a Business Administration Traineeship with our host company, **located in Truganina, VIC.**

Our client is the leading supplier of agriculture, construction and power equipment. Their extensive product range is renowned for its high performance, durability and reliability and is specifically engineered to excel in Australia's tough and diverse conditions.

**The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- General administration duties
- Reception Duties
- Filing and data entry
- Customer service
- Enter and manage incoming invoices and submit for approval and payment.
- Follow up vendors for outstanding compliance information
- Working with the team to follow up and invoices
- Cooperate with vendors to follow up outstanding requests
- Data entry for reporting
- Creating reports
- Documentation write up and edits
- Digitisation of current forms to online systems
- Ensuring system and users compliance and audits

**What we are looking for**:

- Committed to fulfil the formal training requirements and complete a Certificate III in Business within 12 months
- Strong customer service skills
- Methodical and organised approach to work
- Willingness to learn, work safely, and be a team player
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
