**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and manage incoming invoices and submit via SAP for approval and payment
- Follow up vendors for outstanding compliance information
- Working with Account payable team to follow up and invoices
- Working with vendors to follow up outstanding requests
- Data entry for reporting
- Assist in creating reports
- Assist in documentation write up and edits
- Assist with digitisation of current forms to online systems
- Assisting with ensuring system and users compliance and audits

**Requirements**:

- Strong Customer service skills
- Computer literate - Knowledge Excel and MS word
- A driver’s license and own transportation is preferred
- Previous work experience is preferred
- Must be an Australian citizen/resident
