We have a unique opportunity for an Airline Contracts Manager to join our Commercial and Aviation team.
**What you'll do**:
- Interpret and track contractual commitments under Aeronautical Services Agreements and other contracts.
- Communicate key obligations and issue formal notices.
- Drive project milestones through regular meetings, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery of all contract-related deliverables.
- Develop templates, gather and coordinate input from multiple departments to create a single source of truth for reporting to internal teams and Airlines.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks in line with PAPL’s Risk Management Framework.
**About you**:
- Highly experienced commercial and contractual acumen, with the ability to understand, interpret, and act on complex contracts.
- Exposure to project management, particularly in delivering on large commercial contracts.
- Highly skilled in developing reports and presenting data clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise across multiple teams and manage key stakeholder relationships.
- A clear communicator who is able to make complex decisions whilst focusing on performance and accountability.
- Excellent attention to detail, planning and time management a must.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Legal, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
