As a rapidly expanding residential builder across north-west Sydney, we are renowned for our spirited individuals and inventive designs. An exciting opportunity awaits you to leverage your trade background and expertise as a Site Supervisor. You will oversee the construction of our homes, managing material deliveries and on-site sub-contractors. While doing so, you will establish close collaboration with both our clients and internal departments, ensuring that homes are constructed within the allocated budget and agreed-upon timeframes.

**Your key duties**:

- Overseeing the comprehensive on-site execution of our home construction process.
- Managing day-to-day construction activities and providing guidance to the construction team and subcontractors.
- Guaranteeing that all tasks conform to contractual agreements and approved drawings.
- Optimizing on-site productivity by effectively managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
- Collaborating seamlessly with project managers, engineers, and architects to attain project objectives.
- Conducting comprehensive inspections during the construction phase to uphold consistent quality workmanship.
- Employing sound judgment and decision-making skills to troubleshoot construction and maintenance issues, both in planning and execution.
- Keeping stakeholders, including the company and customers, updated on project progress and performance.
- Ensuring a safe work environment at all job sites.

**Your Profile**:
For success, you should possess a customer-centric approach, effective organizational abilities, have strong people management skills, along with relevant qualifications. Additionally, a firm grasp of OH&S requirements and proven experience as a Residential Site Manager are essential. Your qualifications will encompass:

- Experience as a Site Supervisor with low-rise residential home builders.
- Proficient in using software like Databuild and Onsite Companion.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in comprehending plans and executing tasks.
- Strong project management skills, profound knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations along with QA systems.
- Extensive expertise and understanding of the procedures and benchmarks integral to residential home construction.
- A proactive approach to anticipating construction challenges and devising detailed and compliant solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and computer literacy; mastery of On-Site Companion is a highly regarded asset.
