**Our roles**

Café manager positions are permanent full-time roles averaging 42 hours/week ($73,220 - $78,450 + super + $800 monthly bonuses).

Assistant Manager positions are full time roles averaging 38 hours/week ($57,000 - $60,000 + super + $200 monthly bonuses).

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Previous hospitality management is desirable
- A passion for customer services, sales and selling
- Motivation to meet KPI's and sales targets
- Ability to coach and train a team
- An energetic, motivating and encouraging leader
- A calm disposition to manage operations at a fast pace

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
