As a back of house team member, you’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.
- Light cooking only
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Experience using commercial grade knives
- Understanding of Food Safety practices
- Proven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour
