Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is the home of unconventional.

**About the role**

We have multiple casual opportunities in our Kitchen Logistics team for reliable and dedicated Kitchen Hands/Stewards. These are great opportunities which you can use to further grow your career in hospitality and at MCEC. You’ll be working with talented chefs within a supportive team environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Delivering food and equipment to MCEC's Exhibition bays
- Washing dishes and cleaning serveries post-event
- Helping Chefs serve and plate food with basic food preparation involved

**About You**

To be considered for these roles, you need to have:

- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts over mornings, evenings and weekends
- Willingness to take direction and learn from others
- Reliability and punctuality for shifts
- Eligibility to work in Australia (if on Visa, we will require evidence of your work eligibility)

Previous food preparation experience would be advantageous, but is not essential for these roles.
