**Short description**

This position assists the YP Leisure Options Coordinator with planning, programming and delivery of quality, client-centred services that support frail older people and people with disabilities to maximise their independence at home and in the community. Ensure wellness and re-ablement approaches are adhered to.

**Hours**
- 76 hour fortnight or part time (some out of hours work may required).

**Status**

Fixed Term full time or part time

**Applicant requirements**

The successful applicant must have a high level of interpersonal communication skills with satisfactory Disability Services and Aged Care Sector screenings.

**Salary**

Level 2 - starting at $71,073.47 p.a. plus statutory superannuation. (In accordance with the Yorke Peninsula Council Municipal Officers Enterprise
Agreement No 8, 2024).

**Probation period**

13 weeks

**Medical**

A compulsory pre-employment medical examination must be undertaken.

**Location**

Minlaton Town Hall, however appointment is to the Council, therefore the successful applicant may be required to undertake duties at other locations.
