Position Vacant - 2IC Dairy farm role South Gippsland
Advertising on behalf of a client.
The client is looking for a 2IC to help run their Dairy herd of 300 cows 10 minutes from Leongatha in South Gippsland. There a 3 bedroom brick home on farm is available after suitable background checks.
Work would entail:

- Milking ~300 cow herd of Friesians 5-10 times per week
- Working with calves. Feeding them, we rear our own herd replacements.
- ATV collecting the herd for milking, general farm work and repairs to keep this machine rolling along and working nicely.
You would be part of a group and working in with others is essential. Everyone needs to get along and work together, it’s part of the fun, having some banter and working with the animals all whilst getting paid.
The sunshine, the fresh air and a safe and fun farm environment.
Dairy farm experience would be recommended. Open minded, easy going and self driven people are what we seek to enjoy this job that has many angles to it to keep you interested.
Hours can be flexible and accommodating.
Above award wages and employment conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
