Located just above East Village Shopping Centre, our spacious 4,170 sqm Zetland club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the inner-east. Inside you'll find 8 spacious studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, club-V creche facilities, and a bright café and lounge area for unwinding post-workout.

**Your gig
- Reporting to the Club Manager, you'll plan and direct the sales team
- You'll set targets and activities to attain sales and retention targets
- You'll boost the capability of the sales team through ongoing coaching and development
- You'll motivate and ensure the sales team are engaged to deliver a flawless experience to our members.
- You'll build key relationships in the local community
- You'll be partnering with the Club Manager to negotiate major deals, maintain relationship s and identify future growth opportunities with key corporates
- You'll analyse budgets, variances and projections and use these insights to implement sales strategies to steer future growth
- You'll coach, develop and motivate the sales team to be their 'Personal Best' and identify gaps and areas for further development.

- You' re a n experienced leader who thinks strategically and is passionate about fitness
- You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (including some weekends)
- You're nurturing and people-focused yet driven to succeed and have a proven track record of deliver ing sales results
- You love thinking of creative ways to generate new business and build local relationships (y ou may also have some corporate sector experience )
- You love to teach your team sales techniques and y ou get a kick out of goal setting and getting people to those I did it moments.
