Your new role*

Nextt is opening a new state-of-the-art client program in the heart of Adelaide. We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
In this role, you will provide support to our clients in-home and in the community. You will have experience working with adults with a range of complex challenges, including mental health, cognitive, intellectual and physical disabilities. You will be prepared to engage in a wide range of skill and confidence building activities as well as essential services:

- Personal care
- Domestic assistance
- Community access

What you will need to succeed*

You will need experience as a Disability Support Worker, delivering in-home services to clients with complex needs. You will also have demonstrated experience supporting clients reach their goals. We are looking for support workers with generous availability over 5 days of the week, able to commit to a 30-hour weekly roster which includes weekend shifts and active nights.
You are a dedicated support worker with a positive approach and a genuine commitment to assist individuals reaching their goals and living their best life. Experience in manual transfers and diabetes management will be highly regarded. You also need the following current documents:

- Certificate III or IV in individual support or disability
- Valid NDIS Worker Check
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian drivers licence and your own insured vehicle.

This is a challenging but rewarding role. You will get the support and guidance of an experienced team working onsite. You will be hired on a permanent part-time contract and will need to commit to working 30 hours a week.
