**We are looking for an Interface Manager CW&EM equipment for a minimum of 6 months in Australia (26).**
- Attend all design coordination meetings and E&M - CW interface meetings
- Close all remaining open interfaces with the E&M Supplier's design
- Close all remaining interface control documents (ICD) for each interface with the E&M subcontractor, in liaison with relevant contacts within the DJV team
- Submit ICDs and follow up on identified actions to obtain necessary responses
- Plan and track entry/exit milestones to/from the E&M Supplier to meet the submission deadlines for Design Packages
- Lead, with support from headquarters teams, the review of elements provided by the E&M Supplier related to identified interfaces (plans, calculation notes, etc.)
- Inform the Client as soon as possible of any delays in critical path activities
- Oversee the debugging process for conflicts in the 3D BIM model between civil engineering structures and EM equipment
- Liaise with the team responsible for the “LAYOUT” (and, if necessary, the EM expert(s) from headquarters) on managing changes
- Liaise with headquarters teams when changes/new contributions need to be implemented in the design (after these changes/new contributions have been formalized) and support the preparation of RFCs if necessary and leadto the full resolution of RFCs
- Identify, if applicable, items related to interfaces with the EM supplier(delayed inputs, modified inputs, changed design direction from the client and/or employer, etc.) that could impact customer’s time or costs or anticipate any risks of client claims on specific interface elements with the EM supplier.

The deliverables will include:

- Conducting site inspections to verify the conformity of works with the approved design
- In case of identified non-conformities, direct communication with client representatives on-site to resolve the situation, if possible immediately. Drafting observation reports and issuing them to the client, followed by monitoring the company's handling of the issues;
- Resolving technical issues arising from the site (RFI, FCN, NCR, etc.)
- Ongoing communication and coordination with the design responsible(s) at headquarters
- Participating in the management of the resident team on site, particularly other members of the resident team responsible for over seeing civil engineering works
- Participating in and leading, if necessary, internal and external technical meetings to resolve comments and issues
- Coordinating for the completion of "post-IFC" studies
- Reviewing and approving "shop drawings" or manufacturing plans
- Preparing and, if applicable, developing operation and maintenance manuals
- Preparing and assisting, if applicable, with testing and commissioning procedures related to civil engineering structures
- Contributing to the monthly activity report
- During the construction phase, the service will aim to facilitate communication and coordination between the Designer and the EM contractor, assisting the client in resolving any potential issues and addressing any change requests that may arise on site

Profile
- Minimum years of experience: 15
- Managing civil engineering/EM equipment interfaces on site in hydroelectric project(s)
- On-site experience in at least one hydroelectric power plant project
- Experience in a large-scale civil engineering project
- Office Suite (imperative)
- AutoCAD (recommended)
- Preparation of deliverables in English
