**Greenview **is located in Donvale in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. The newly renovated home offers elegant, aged care accommodation close to Tunstall Square shopping centre. Greenview Aged Living is a Signature class home within the Allity Group.

**About the Opportunity**

As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our Avonlea home.

With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including rostering, admissions, reception, documentation/ record management and compliance.

This is a full-time role, working across Monday - Friday

**About You**

To be successful, you'll need:

- Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
- Experience with rostering and hiring/recruitment processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases, payroll and rostering systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with residents and their families.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise tasks.
