**The Opportunity**

This is a part time (up to 3 days) Administration Officer role working in our Private Practice that is affiliated with Donvale Rehabilitation Hospital. The successful applicant will be based at our private practice Ramsay Health Plus. Ramsay Health Plus is our dedicated Private Practice that provides allied health services to the local community. You will be working closely with our dynamic team of Allied Health Professionals, including physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, dieticians, psychologists, speech pathologists and osteopathy. This opportunity would be well suited to those returning to the workforce, school leavers or those looking to transition into administration roles in the health sector.

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Be passionate, engaging and focused on providing exceptional customer service and sensitivity to patient & family needs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete tasks within a designated timeframe
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to learn new systems including Patient Management software.

**Requirements**:

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
