We are a supportive and compassionate organisation dedicated to improving the mental well-being of individuals in our community. We are currently seeking a qualified level 3 or above ACA-registered counsellor to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the flexibility to work your hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments while making a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional counselling services to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, tailoring sessions to meet individual needs.
- Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) set.
- Complete necessary case notes and documentation in a timely and confidential manner.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals as required to provide holistic support for clients.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must be registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) level 3 or above.
- Proven experience as a counsellor or therapist, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices and approaches.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and always maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible and reliable with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of NDIS is preferable but not essential
