**Sika Australia was founded in 1976 as a member of the Sika Group of companies. Initially, Sika Australia was mainly a trading company sourcing finished products from sister companies overseas and marketing them throughout Australia. Sika Australia has cultivated a stand-out team of more than a hundred staff nationally including onsite product engineers, well trained customer service, other technical services team and offers over a thousand products available throughout Australia in all major capital cities. Currently we are looking to appoint the key role of Sales Support on a fixed term contract to join the Adelaide Customer Service team.**
- Answer all incoming telephone calls
- Assist customers with pricing enquiries, stock availability, forecasting and forward orders
- Attend to Counter Sales (direct customers only)
- Process Invoices and Credits
- Open incoming mail
- Ensure all filing is done on a daily basis.
- Provide assistance to the Customer Service Supervisor, Technical Representatives, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales Team
- Work as directed by Customer Service Supervisor
- Ideally suiting an individual with experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Contact Center or Reception based role, this role offers true variety in tasks and responsibilities with small and close-knit team setting. Offered as a permanent role, this will be a 2IC to the existing Office Manager with a view to being the longer-term succession plan._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
