Our Digital Delivery Team works cross functionally within both agile and strategic project teams to design and develop solutions that anticipate and serve the evolving needs of the organisation and our members.

A significant program to modernise our technical foundations is underway.

**About the program**

The _Evolve 27_ program is made up of eight distinct and interrelated projects. The scope includes a new CRM, CMS, payment gateway and HRIS as well as subordinate organisation wide projects.

Many of the projects have been initiated and are now live. Due to the complexity and interdependence of the various projects an opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to support senior stakeholders and lead delivery teams has been identified.

**About the position**

Reporting to the CTO and working alongside a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Product Lead and Engineering Manager you will build on our existing project management capabilities and level up our PMO frameworks.
- Develop and implement a clear project management framework to improve efficiency and oversight.
- Build team morale, instil confidence, and create a positive, results-driven culture.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with key vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress and challenges.
- Understand the ‘To Be’ technical architecture to a level of detail that allows you to guide business requirement gathering workshops.
- Lead the program management process ensuring resources are allocated and briefed to deliver maximum benefit during workshops and vendor meetings.

You will start by ensuring governance, risk management and decision making mechanisms are sufficient for the task at hand and over time embed core program management practices that add value.

**About you**

You are a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can quickly build collaborative relationships with SME’s, vendors, senior stakeholders and instil confidence and clarity with project delivery teams.

You are well versed in navigating multiple digital transformation projects and the change management needed to ensure success.
- Proven track record of successfully managing similar technical programs.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire teams in challenging circumstances.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with external vendors.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and bring order to competing demands
- This is a key leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of program success and drive real transformation.
