**About this opportunity**

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our professional food & beverage team. Based in Arika pool bar area, you will be creative mixing cocktails and pouring drinks, whilst delivering outstanding service to guests.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Mixing & pouring cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, mocktails & non alcoholic drinks
- Interacting with guests, taking drink & food orders & menu explanation
- Pool side food & beverage service
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen, restocking products & clearing tables
- POS & EFTPOS
- Maintaining a safe, clean & hygienic work environment

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Availability & flexibility to work between 10am-8pm on a 7 day rotating roster - weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
- Beverage knowledge of wine varieties, beer strengths, spirits, cocktails, mocktails & non alcoholic drinks
- Bar experience in bar set up, cocktail & mocktail mixing techniques, follow recipe cards, mixing spirits & beer pouring
- Current QLD RSA Certificate
- POS & EFTPOS experience
- A genuine love of hospitality and driven to deliver a high standard of quality service
- Attention to detail, work well in a team environment & excellent communication skills interacting with guests in a friendly and attentive manner
- Excellent personal presentation
