**$25.03 per hour | Part Time**
**$31.28 per hour | Casual**
**Fixed Term until November 2025 with opportunities for ongoing work**
**Sea World, Main Beach, Gold Coast**

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join the Food and Beverage team at one of the Gold Coast’s favorite tourist attractions - Sea World.

This fast-paced role requires applicants to have **full availability** to work a rotating roster with shifts covering **weekends, holidays, and nights as required**.

The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025 with opportunities for contract extensions through until February 2026 or ongoing positions.

All successful applicants **MUST** have a valid Queensland **Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment** from a Nationally Recognized Training Organization prior to commencement.

**Your day to day**:

- Work effectively within a team environment or independently as required.
- Provide outstanding customer service to a variety of guests.
- Prepare and serve a range of food and beverage items whilst maintaining a high level of food safety, quality and presentation.
- Follow workplace hygiene procedures and health and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate point of sale system with accurate cash handling and stock control.

**What you’ll bring**:

- A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential
- Full availability to work alternating shifts from 7am until 7pm any day of the week including school holidays and public holidays.
- Ability to work night shifts as required.
- A fun and positive working attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional guest service focus and communication skills.
- Excellent grooming standards and a commitment to follow food and beverage personal presentation requirements (no jewellery, fake nails or nail polish).
- Willingness to work in a variety of food outlets including bars, kitchens and outdoors on our mobile carts.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service and a comprehensive knowledge of cash handling will be highly regarded.
