**About the Company**
A large dynamic global investment business focused on Property and Property related investments The business has experience across property financing, project delivery and funds managements and is exceptionally well placed to succeed with strong capital sources.

**About the role**

Key responsibilities include:

- **Investment Analysis** - Assess new commercial lending transactions
- **Transaction Execution** - Preparation and presentation of credit memoranda
- **Investment Management - **Manage existing Clients to promote retention
- **Origination** - Provide support to the business development strategy
- **Governance/Business Excellence - **Participate in/Manage as appropriate the identification, assessment, treatment and reporting of risks

**Key Experience/Qualifications**
- Tertiary Qualification in a relevant discipline (Economics, Finance, Property, Valuation)
- ~5 years proven experience in the property/finance industry
- Knowledge of property funding process
- Strong understanding of property development & investment lifecycles
