Our client has been established in the regional areas for many years (40+ years), their mission is to provide their client independent, professional, and fully researched valuation and specialist property advice. They have an abundance of knowledge, expertise, and experience in all aspects of property advisory and valuation work. Our client only employs professional qualified valuers who are current members of the Australian Property Institute.

The Residential & Commercial Property Valuer will be responsible for contributing to the timely delivery of valuations, including but not limited to private client valuations, family law and estate valuations, rental valuations, rural valuations, commercial and industrial valuations, Crown Land advisory, Valuer General Victoria engagements, and other types of real property valuations.

You will have the ability to produce quality reports within deadlines while consistently producing high levels of service. You will be accountable for liaising with clients and handling commercial job quotes as they arise and will operate with integrity and confidentiality and be impartial when dealing with others. You must have a strong attention to detail be proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to add value to the team. You must be qualified as a “Certified Practicing Valuer” in accordance with the API is as well as having a strong academic achievement.
