About the opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and working closely with Regional Director of Training, this is an exciting opportunity to join a small dynamic team to coordinate the region's exam preparation and workshop program. As our Regional Exam Support and Workshop Delivery Officer you'll collaborate closely with Medical Educators and regional teams to manage the program from concept to completion, to ensure a high quality product delivery.
As our Regional Exam Support & Workshop Delivery Officer, you'll:
Coordinate regional exam preparation activities, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics for workshops.
Collaborate with Medical Educators to develop and maintain pre-workshop information and online learning materials.
Manage event invitations, registrations, and maintain accurate attendance records and event documentation.
Provide on-site support for workshops and events, overseeing setup, attendee needs, and post-event closeout.
About you
You have a strong background in event management and coordination, a passion for service quality and will be the go-to person for workshop development and delivery, providing high quality support across the teams. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset will be key to work within diverse teams to meet outcomes.
Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for planning will enhance your ability to achieve in this role.
