**Synopsis**:
Working closely with the account managers, operational support teams, and external partners, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the logistics, warehouse, and transportation of products to ensure all orders are delivered in full, on time.

**Accountabilities**:

- Strategically plan and co-ordinate logistics, warehouse, and transportation to ensure all client needs are delivered on time and in full.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with external supply partners
- Provide visibility of Order Management Tracking and Reporting
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods and process shipments
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy timeline targets
- Support Project/Account Managers with requests for quotes or ad-hoc client requests
- Maintain stakeholder relationships

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working within logistics/supply chain environment ideal however not essential
- Able to demonstrate successful record of working within a distribution, logistics management, leading and managing external supply partners
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at a time
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain, analyse and use information for effective decision-making
- Excellent attention to detail
- Possess strong communication / organisational skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and finding solutions
