We are currently working with several leading organisations who are currently seeking experienced temporary Return to Work/Injury Management professionals to join their team and drive return-to-work strategies across a number of their Brisbane-based sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Case management of workplace injuries, including coordination of medical treatment and rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement return to work plans and monitor progress.
- Provide advice and guidance to management and staff on injury prevention, early intervention and workplace health and safety.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving health and safety in the workplace.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including medical practitioners, insurers, rehabilitation providers and WorkCover representatives.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or related field.
- Experience in injury management and return to work coordination, preferably in a corporate or government environment.
- Knowledge of workers compensation and rehabilitation legislation and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
