**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify stock received matches supplier paperwork and purchase orders.
- Book incoming deliveries into the system promptly and accurately.
- Allocate goods to projects and ensure correct packing and daily dispatch.
- Monitor and manage consumables stock levels.
- Prepare stock bundles for installers for daily installation work.
- Conduct regular stock taking and inventory control.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure proper storage of all equipment for efficiency and safety.

**Key Experience & Capabilities**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar logistics or warehouse role.
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience using accounting/ERP software.
- Physically fit with knowledge of proper manual handling procedures.
- Qualifications to operate lifting equipment (e.g., forklift or rack stacker).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive, hands-on approach with a commitment to achieving results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
