We’re hiring Support Workers to join our passionate and dedicated team in **Camden** and the surrounding areas.

Since Euroa Care is #DeterminedToBeDifferent, we’re seeking individuals who are not only caring and reliable, but who can provide **firm guidance**, set **clear boundaries**, and encourage clients to make their own informed decisions with confidence.

**About the Role**:
As a Support Worker, you’ll assist clients with in-home help, personal and domestic support, respite care, and community engagement. You’ll also be expected to report any incidents or concerns promptly to the team.

This is a **casual position** with varied shifts available across 7 days.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Therapy Assistance**: Deliver support based on therapist-approved care plans, including help with meals, speech and skill development.
- **Personal Care**:Provide respectful, dignified personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, etc.) in line with individual care plans.
- **Respite Support**:Help clients build independence while away from their families or primary carers.
- **Social Engagement**:Encourage and support social participation in the community or at home.
- **Medication Monitoring**:Monitor and/or administer medications appropriately.
- **Guidance and Empowerment**:Offer strong, supportive guidance while promoting client autonomy and informed decision-making.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Demonstrated background in supporting individuals with disabilities or within a similar sector
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with behavioural support approaches and NDIS guidelines
- Familiarity with restrictive practices following NDIS standards
- Previous experience or certification in diabetes management and insulin administration, and/or epilepsy and seizure management (HIGHLY DESIRABLE)

- Valid Driver’s License and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- First Aid Certificate
- Relevant certifications/qualifications
