Centre Manager role based in Brisbane's western suburbs
- Part of new management team
- Leading owner and manager of retail shopping centres

Our client is recruiting a retail shopping Centre Manager to manage three shopping centres in Brisbane's western suburbs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance for the assets and be the on-site key point of contact for tenants and stakeholders.

Your key focus will be to optimise the performance of the centre including maximising the rental income, controlling expenditure, completing negotiations, and facilities management.

You’ll be responsible for preparing asset plans, budgets, and financial reports. Other responsibilities include identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio as well as managing costs associated with the assets.

Our client is seeking an experienced retail property professional with Centre or Retail Manager experience, based in the local area and be able to travel to assets:

- Prior experience in Centre Management with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead a small team
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- A high level of financial aptitude, commercial acumen, analytical skills, and computer literacy
