As Centre Director, you’ll lead a passionate team, drive continuous improvement, and create a nurturing space where children aged 6 weeks to 5 years grow, explore and thrive.
What You3ll Do
- Lead daily operations, staff management, and service performance
- Deliver high-quality, inclusive early education programs
- Build a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment for children
- Champion team development and community engagement
- Promote our values-led approach within the local area

What You3ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Centre Director/Manager
- Diploma of Children2s Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Blue Card + First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Deep knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and QKLG
- Strong communication, leadership and admin/financial skills (Xplor preferred)
