Develop and maintain a strategy for the growth and success of the Projects function, and a detailed sales & marketing plan for executing short-to-medium term activities. Take ownership of and continuously improve the processes related to the Project function such as lead/opportunity tracking, project sales, project stakeholder engagement, tenders & bids, etc. Track, analyse and report on key performance indicators to ensure successful progress over time in the Project business. Maintain customer relationship and account activity (opportunity funnel) in the Hach sales management system. Manage the Projects & Tenders Internal Sales function and the Applications Development Manager - Process.
