Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia. We are currently looking for a vibrant, superstar **Barista** to join us full time at our corporate client site in the Melbourne CBD. This role is based on our corporate client floor, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm. You will be working with state of the art equipment with an established team.

**_ What your day will look like: _**
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
- Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
- Providing exceptional customer service to all employees on site

**_A bit about you:_**
- We’re after experienced Barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed
- Barista Qualifications **mandatory**:

- Available to work 7am-3pm Monday to Friday
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Excellent social skills and ability to maintain casual conversation is **essential** for this position
