**What’s the role?**

You’ll be the go-to person helping Westpac stay strong, steady, and ready for anything. Based in Sydney (with interstate interest welcome), this full-time role is all about supporting our business continuity and resilience. You’ll run workshops, test continuity arrangements, and work closely with teams across the Group to make sure we’re prepared for disruptions—big or small. With the support of senior leaders, you’ll help embed resilience into our culture and keep things moving when it matters most.

**What do I need?**

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact. You’ll bring:

- Experience in business resilience, incident management, or operational risk
- Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging with key stakeholders across the bank
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Tertiary qualifications in a business, risk, or finance-related discipline—this forms the foundation of your understanding and approach to resilience

You’ll be helping to build a more resilient Westpac—one that’s ready to face the unexpected and keep delivering for our customers. Your work will make a real difference, every day.
