**Your Impact**

We have a rare opportunity for a highly experienced and inspiring leader to join Gowrie NSW in the role of General Manager to our early learning centres across regional NSW. Gowrie NSW, a not for profit organisation, committed to excellence and strives to make a lasting impact in children's lives. This role requires an energetic and motivated leader, who can drive operational and financial accountability, whilst achieving high quality outcomes for children and families.

**Key Deliverables**
- Empower Centre Directors to drive and blend operational and pedagogical indicators of quality to enhance the experience for children and families, embedded in local community contexts.
- Provide a contemporary lens to the overall supervision and management of early education and care centres portfolio, which is responsive to current research, and positions Gowrie NSW as a sector leader.
- Drive success of financial targets that link to the overall strategy and values of the organisation.
- Have a strong knowledge of the governing law and regulations applicable to early education and care and ensure that all centres are compliant and exceed the National Quality Standard.

**Essential Criteria**
- University qualification in early childhood education
- Experience leading multi-site high performing teams
- Strong knowledge of National Law, Regulations, and the National Quality Standards
- Working knowledge of Industrial Relations issues
- Flexibility to undertake regular travel across NSW and ACT
- Current drivers’ licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Comply and be willing to stay up to date with all health requirements in relation to COVID-19
