We are partnering with a growing national business who produces products for domestic and export markets to recruit a People Projects Leader on a permanent basis. This business is based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

This is a newly created position and a rare opportunity where you will partner with the CPO in the development, implementation and execution of the people strategy through successfully driving key programs including Diversity and Inclusion, Mental Health and Wellbeing, EVP, HR systems and reporting.

You will be a trusted advisor and change agent for the business nationally, a key contributor and ambassador for the people strategy and focused on driving aligned organisational culture and values. You will lead a team of three and report to directly to the CPO in this key position.

What are they looking for?
- Relevant experience in the above as a HR Manager or HR Projects Leader
- Experienced in developing/driving strategies and following through across all levels of management
- Advanced interpersonal skills where you gain trust and influence effectively
- Highly analytical and an ability to prepare and interpret reports
- Determine and initiate change that is aligned with commercial outcomes
