**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Dee Why, NSW 2099**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires the following
- **Weekly Services: Wednesdays and Fridays: 1:15 PM - 3:15 PM (Companion care and transport)**:

- **Fortnightly Services: Mondays (starting 2nd June): 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Domestic assistance)**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
