Support Coordination Assistant

The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and compassionate Support Coordination Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Support Coordinators, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure participants receive high-quality and timely services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing service agreements, participant records, and reports.
- Liaise with service providers and coordinate participant appointments.
- Maintain accurate participant records and monitor NDIS budgets.
- Support the preparation of NDIS plan reviews by collating required documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the Support Coordination team.
About You
You are a proactive and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities. You thrive in a dynamic environment and bring exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in handling participant information.
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework.
- Experience in the disability, health, or community sectors.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Disability Support, or a related field (preferred).
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

How to Apply:
